This company is a complete scam. They take advantage of sponsored ads on ****** and trick you into giving them your personal information. I am a young adult who is usually tech-savvy, and was still taken advantage of by this company. How this company is still in business is baffling. All telephone numbers they give you to reach them are unreachable, they have a fake address on file, and they give all of your personal information to more scamming companies promising health insurance.

We have tried to use insurance.. With no luck. Have contacted the company numerous times just to see how I go about submitting a claim. Keep getting the run around. Get told by the Director of claims and service to contact claim or services. We thought we were doing something good for our daughter. But been nothing but grief. The pharmacy thought it was a discount card. I feel liked got scammed out of $247 since October. Would be nice to get refund since got basically no service. Would have given 0 stars if an option
This company scammed me when I went online to get insurance under the affordable care act. They took my bank account number and told me that my cost for insurance through health alliance was $280 per month which they would take out of my bank account and $10 extra that I would need to pay separately because my husband is a smoker and the agent forgot to add the charge. I was searching for major medical coverage. I explained what I was looking for and was ensured that the policy they recommended was what I was looking for. I had to apply and consent before getting documentation of what the coverage was. I was ensured that I wasn't locked in to anything and that if it wasn't what they said it was, I would have 30 days to cancel. As soon as I received the coverages, I immediately called to cancel. I was trying to contact Covered California to get my 1095-A and these ******* impersonated them and told me I had to pay $293.99 to get my document! Now that I have read so many other stories of people being scammed by this company, how come they have not been shut down yet? I'm filing a police report. I did not authorize a payment to sign up for First Enroll Insurance. They tricked me! I want my f****** money back and will fight to get it!!!
