I typically don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with First Enroll compels me to share.I used First Enroll over a year ago after losing my job but canceled my policy months in advance when I secured a new job and expected start date. I recently started another new job, I called to reactivate my previous policy for 60 days since my insurance through my work doesnt start until after 60 days with the company. Called to get quote. Spoke with ******. He went through the whole process with questions and I gave information. Stated today was last day for enrollment - false (it is 10/31/24). Stated their office closed in 10 minutes (2:00) also false. He pushed us to get the coverage started today. We ended the call and went to **************, only to find out not eligble to enroll until 11/1/24 - did not qualify for special enrollment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - VERY SKETCHY!!!

Very unprofessional people ESPECIALLY in cancelation department. If they don't like your reason for canceling they keep badgering for a reason. They say they won't cancel your insurance until you give them a good reason. It is in their policy that you can cancel. I'm still waiting on 2 refunds because I do not want the insurance that they work for. Criminal scam. Cant believe this even happened to me. Tried to get a refund and they have since charged me another two times since. Had to call my bank and stop them from allowing any more charges.

Tried to get supplemental insurance as my co-payments were seriously high! I thought I contacted covered ********** but to my ignorance putting your information online will start the solicitation of companies trying to sell you their product! Turns out after I received the card, that nothing looked legitimate! The website their name and everything in between. I cancelled right away! One supervisor is telling me I cant change my mind! This place is a scam took money from my account misleading us to believe they were a *** insurance company with ********** blue shield when it is a discount program. Never received any information or cards . They withdrew money Sept 6 2024 and I emailed Sunday Sept 8th 2024 to cancel. I attempted to contact ******** to apply for insurance as i lost my job. Somehow when googling this business is the first number that pops up to speak to an agent. When calling i am told the agent ******** ******* goes through multiple plans & can sign me up for a multiplan. I was told that ******** open enrollment is not available right now. Absolutely Awful!!!! They are crooks. They charged us for over a year and then when I went to use the coverage I found out there was none. When we called to cancel it was a nightmare as well. We basically had to cancel our card to get them to stop. No Stars!!!
