It's a scam .I'm stuck with medical bills. I've spent hours on the phone with the hospital billing department and they said it's not insurance

Do not go with first in roll health . They enrolled me in a dental and vision plan I did not ask for then took out $96.98. The second time it was taken out called to talk to someone. I was transferred to a second ****** who promptly told me they would cancel my insurance with them Did not offer me a refund and hung up on me before I could ask to speed to some who had the authority to give me a refund. Do not take this insurance they are scammers.

I fell victim to their health care scam. I thought the number I called ######### was a legitimate government-run health care clearinghouse, because the website said "OBAMACARE" but I was fooled. I told the agent that I am disabled and am on a fixed income and I thought she wanted to help me. But she said the cheapest plan available to me was for $221 a MONTH, plus a $100 ENROLLMENT FEE! ****! ************** I got connected to them through marketplace while looking for a lower insurance plan. I have one doctor I go to and I asked the *** to check if they were covered. *** said they were, I asked that I not be charged for a few days so I could confirm everything. The agent that helped me to enroll into this policy my (vision, dental, & pharmacy). He enrolled me into a dental policy for a person that was 19 yrs of age & younger. He knew I could not use it at the time. I enrolled into this policy in April of 2023. So I want a refund for the dental policy

This is complete scam. I purchased insurance for my son on Nov. 26, 2024 and after telling him about that he did not want that insurance. So, I cancelled it by filling out a form and sending it on Nov. 29, 2024. I called after 1 week and they told me that they need to make sure there are no claims before giving me a *********, I waited 1 week and called again. SCAM - they charged me over $500 and when I tried to cancel, they claimed they cancelled my plan and then transferred me to another department for a refund but the call never went through so I was not able to speak with anyone regarding a refund. I have done research and everything I see online is about them charging and not issuing refunds when they tell you you can cancel any time and my coverage hadn't even started yet. Charged my wife's credit card twice. Said they had signed her up for health insurance but the cards never came and the insurance companies said they have no record of my wife signing up with them. COMPLETE SCAMMERS PREYING ON THE ELDERLY AND UNIFORMED - WHY AREN'T THEY BEING ARRESTED?
