I thought i lost my health *** and found out i didn't at the time i went through first enrollment for health *** thought it was on the marketplace sent me to Moda health i had to pay 33 a month for Moda and ****** to first enrollment they kept taking out every month it's a scam it's not right people like me can't afford this don't go to first enrolment i lost my Moda due to them it went well for a few and now they wanted 800 not happening

Why do you have a cancelation department if they make it near impossible to simply cancel and get a refund? I don't need a script that doesn't have anything to do with my issue. It's sad that you call yourself a business yet can't act like one. 100% a scam, and everyone involved should be fired and the company shut down.

This company has taken months of premium from my account for a major medical plan they supposedly enrolled me and my family into. They told me my premium was almost $500/month. After 5 months of them taking this premium out of my bank account I found out that our policy was inactive for nonpayment. I didnt find out sooner because we didnt need to see a doctor. Upon calling the insurance carrier directly I came to find out that because I qualified for a substantial subsidy, my monthly premium was never $500 but $14.74 per mon... read more

We were absolutely lied to by the agent. We were told we could not see our plan options without paying a $27 application fee. We asked multiple times what we would be charged at that time and were assured only $27. Well $970 was professed and we werent even buying insurance. We werent able to read the contract until we signed and payed the $27 (and one months premium that was never mentioned). Once it was signed there is nothing that they can do until we cancel it within 3 days of it becoming active which is over 3 weeks fro... read more

This company is predatory. They are absolutely scamming people out of money! It's sickening. They don't deserve a 1 star.What a nightmare.

They dont deserve even 1 star. They tell you you can cancel your insurance and receive a full refund within *********************************************************** And they never did. *** asked repeatedly for a refund and to speak with a manager but they refuse. Buyers beware!! I thankfully put it on a credit card and could at least deactivate it so they cant get another month of premiums.

Three weeks ago I had just gotten divorced and needed medical insurance. I have significant health issues. I found this company and thought it was part of ***** care. I told the agent what I needed she said she had a product that fit exactly what I needed. It cost me $593. I now find out that was not at all what I thought I was purchasing good luck getting through to someone, they never answer any calls, I was told, the agent agency would call me back in 72 hours. Such a joke pay my dues it come out automatically from my bank account for months then they send a letter saying I'm not covered for failure to pay but I have proof they got their money automatically I'm fuming no help asking to talk to a supervisor and they want to argue instead of helping don't give them your money such a scam
