Criminal and should not be allowed to be in business. I cancelled with them in March 2024 and they have continued to charge me every month since then. They owe me almost $2000. I wish I could leave negative stars! If I'm not reimbursed there will be a legal action.

A *********** saga!!!! On 4/23/2024, I spoke with ******* to sign up for a plan prior to ********* I specifically asked him if the plan included dental and vision as well as medical. He state yes!! It was a First Health PPO thru Aetna. Today I called the provider locator number to see if my dental practice is included. I was told that my plan does not include dental. This company is horrible! They lie to you and steal your money. I have a hospital bill for over 7k. This place has no integrity and is run by low class incompetent individuals!!

We had been transferred to an agent through the market place seeking low cost insurance to cover our needs. We found an agent and everything they had told us was amazing about health insurance and how because we are a healthy young family insurance is able to be offered with all the benefits we needed at such a low price. We felt so blessed to not be paying the insane rates we would have had to through our company insurance to help average out the differences in employees health. I understand this company says they are"a licensed, Third-Party Administrator for billing,the collection, blah, blah, blah, but it's funny when I changed insurance they were the ones that I called XXX-XXX-XXXX and sold this horrific policy. I tried to cancel my health insurance plan because the company didnt seem legitimate - everything from the confirmation email that was sent to me listing my policy details and benefits to the website portal used to look at my account associated with plan. Every customer representative I spoke to gave me a different name for the health insurance company in what I think was an attempt to confuse or make the process convoluted beyond reason and they didnt allow me to cancel the plan. I give this 0 stars. We signed up for this fake insurance. When we enrolled I asked specifically about our Drs in our hometown. Assured me all were covered. Later to find out noone around my town is covered. Not even pharmacies. I called with in 3 weeks to cancel the policy. They couldn't even find OUR policy.
