Do NOT use !!!! They will take your money!!! Be aware!!! The manager hung up on me and another manager did not realize I was on the phone and dropped the * bomb. They refused to refund my money when my insurance was terminated and they kept charging me.
YES YES -- THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I thought I was signing up for medical insurance based on the sales reps presentation to find out it was a crappy discount program. I got stuck with a over ********* bill for a hip replacement. The told the hospital the procedure was covered --- no it was not. I cancelled the policy as soon as I could and gave them sufficient time and charged my card again. COMPLETE SCAM, DONT DO IT, they're constantly charging my card at least 200 each month for benefits I cannot use that were falsely described as insurance.
I just got off the phone unfortunately they did get my credit card information. They sure put up a convincing front I have to say
I figured out I was scammed within hours of signing up. I was working with someone already and she called me and my assumption was this was the company I was working with. I have no idea how she got my info. I called to cancel and they gave me the run around, ********************* (doubtful his real name) said it was too soon to cancel??? Shame, shame on this company for scamming people out of their hard earned money. This is a F****** SCAM!!!! I wish i wouldve seen these comments before these punk telemarketers took my money & important information!!!! The economy is bad enough stupid bastards!!!!
We didn't even sign up for this! They pretended to be our insurance and billed us $99/month for 6 months before we realized that they weren't our insurance.
This company stated I would be provided with health insurance. They never provided any health insurance and they keep charging me every month.
