I attempted to contact ******** to apply for insurance as i lost my job. Somehow when googling this business is the first number that pops up to speak to an agent. When calling i am told the agent ******** ******* goes through multiple plans & can sign me up for a multiplan. I was told that ******** open enrollment is not available right now. Absolutely Awful!!!! They are crooks. They charged us for over a year and then when I went to use the coverage I found out there was none. When we called to cancel it was a nightmare as well. We basically had to cancel our card to get them to stop. No Stars!!!

Criminal and should not be allowed to be in business. I cancelled with them in March 2024 and they have continued to charge me every month since then. They owe me almost $2000. I wish I could leave negative stars! If I'm not reimbursed there will be a legal action.

A *********** saga!!!! On 4/23/2024, I spoke with ******* to sign up for a plan prior to ********* I specifically asked him if the plan included dental and vision as well as medical. He state yes!! It was a First Health PPO thru Aetna. Today I called the provider locator number to see if my dental practice is included. I was told that my plan does not include dental. This company is horrible! They lie to you and steal your money. I have a hospital bill for over 7k. This place has no integrity and is run by low class incompetent individuals!!

We had been transferred to an agent through the market place seeking low cost insurance to cover our needs. We found an agent and everything they had told us was amazing about health insurance and how because we are a healthy young family insurance is able to be offered with all the benefits we needed at such a low price. We felt so blessed to not be paying the insane rates we would have had to through our company insurance to help average out the differences in employees health.
