Hard to believe that this company can freely operate in ***. These guys are straight up robbing people,this is not insurance company folks,run away from it. They are selling air, you are gonna be laughed at any hospital with this fake insurance l got this fake insurance for my wife and thats what we got from every hospital LAUGH. Amazing that even medical professionals know this is fake insurance and scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

On January 10, 2024, I called First Enroll-Health Plan to see if I could find a better health insurance policy. I felt I was pressured into giving my credit card during that phone call with the agent. I did not feel comfortable so I told the agent I changed my mind. He informed me it was too late the transaction for $168.99 already went through and there was no way to stop it from going through. I asked to be transferred to a manager. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I called the member service number on my card and after 2 transfers I spoke to someone by the name of ****. Initially he seemed friendly but that turned quickly once I was adamant about wanting to cancel. He kept asking questions that werent relevant and kept insinuating I was the reason for the delay in canceling my policy. SCAM!Every month I phoned to cancel and they told me it will be cancelled at the end of that month. However, they keep on billing my credit card every month.I declared disputes with the credit card company but every time First Enrolls response was the the policy was not cancelled

Spoke to *****, she helped others but she must be exhausted dealing with people who feel like they have been conned and sold snake oil. ***** had way too much information to just be the billing company. I have filed a complaint with the ******** state attorney General for insurance fraud on consumers. Im awaiting my full refund, then I will consider changing my review. ** also not opposed to civil legal action against First Enroll, Aegis Health Options and everyone involved in this CON. This is fraud, basically. ******* on the phone said we were buying insurance and NEVER mentioned that my daughter was actually signing up to be an employee of "Vitamin Patch." Turns out you cannot access ANY benefits, if there are any, unless you're spending 20 hrs a week "working" for this outfit, which appears to sell shady supplements.
