I was dealing with a fairly large issue regarding my insurance billing. I had calls with multiple people without receiving any help or advice until I was put in contact with ***** and *****. I first spoke with ***** who finally was able to provide some explanation for what had been taking place and offered the first solution. She then put me in contact with *****, who also listened to my problems closely and offered as many ways as he could to help me and my problem.
