Instead, I was greeted by a personable and knowledgeable rep **** who took the time to untangle the mess. They corrected the issues, and honestly, I've never felt happier and more secure about my insurance

Dealing with my insurance agent was a nightmare; unanswered calls and ever-increasing premiums left me at my wit's end! ***** at First Enroll, however, turned my experience around completely. Not only did he explain the complexities in ******** terms, but he explained how it's not First Enroll's fault and they get all the c*** from clients because their name is on the statement. I'm so grateful for his help -- truly a silver lining!

I was absolutely livid with my insurance agent who messed up my policy without any explanation. When I called First Enroll, I didn't have high hopes, but their rep was a game-changer. They patiently walked me through the issue, clarified all my doubts, and resolved the problem. I went from fuming with frustration to genuinely content with how things turned out. What a relief!

**** in the ************* department was extremely polite. Spoke in a clam and professional voice, he is in the most challenging department. He was able to get my first payment thru and gave me information on when the next payment was due. I was very impressed.

***** was definitely an ****** She was amazing, she explained to me how my provider didn't bill me correctly and was able to get to the bottom of its entirety by speaking with my provider directly and confirming that in fact my provider was billing incorrectly. ***** truly made my day! I l loved how she helped me with this awful situation. she is amazing, i feel very heartwarming every time I request to speak with her.

I was having so much trouble with the National Enrollment Center about cancelling my account. Then I called **** at First Enroll and he refunded me all of my money and took care of me in minutes. I was very appreciative after being run in circles by the National Enrollment Center. I received the money in my account days later and I was very happy. **** was amazing!

This company is a billing company for insurance providers. I was sold a policy that was accepted by no one they claim accepts it. I called the number on my card which actually goes direct to this billing company. I explained the steps I had taken this far with the insurance company. The manager (******) was incredibly polite, refunded what he was able to, cancelled the policy, and also added the complaint for the company as they take these sham companies very seriously.
