I was having so much trouble with the National Enrollment Center about cancelling my account. Then I called **** at First Enroll and he refunded me all of my money and took care of me in minutes. I was very appreciative after being run in circles by the National Enrollment Center. I received the money in my account days later and I was very happy. **** was amazing!

I emailed FirstEnroll and raised several concerns about my insurance plan, and they had me assisted in less than 24 hours. The employees are so helpful and able to answer every concern I've had.

I had a great experience with the team at FirstEnroll. Recently, I have had concerns with my monthly payment, and I only called once and got all the answers I needed. They are great to work with and, overall, genuinely nice people.

This company is a billing company for insurance providers. I was sold a policy that was accepted by no one they claim accepts it. I called the number on my card which actually goes direct to this billing company. I explained the steps I had taken this far with the insurance company. The manager (******) was incredibly polite, refunded what he was able to, cancelled the policy, and also added the complaint for the company as they take these sham companies very seriously.
