This company sold me on a policy that didn't exist. It was obnoxious the amount of calls to the member services and claims department - that aren't connected or on the same page that sent me over the edge. The entire management team and employees are rude and pretend like they can't hear you when you call as well as forward your call whenever it is convenient. This is a scam and Im absolutely disgustedI reached out for a possible plan in December I spoke to someone who stated that they could find me a plan that would commence in January and would provide full coverage for the month of January.. BEWARE! SCAMMERS! After I purchased this health and dental insurance from them on June 21st 2023 for $1378 for a year! , I called my doctors and dentist to make an appointment I then realized its not an insurance its a member discount!! I called them several times to cancel and they kept saying to keep it. I said I do not want a membership discount. I want insurance. They never canceled. These people are scammers! They take your money offering health insurance, but the first thing you see when you get the "paperwork" is that it's not insurance. All it is is a discount card that you can get for free on your own. They're supposed to give a full refund if you want to cancel within the first 30 days, but I had to call four times with them yelling at me and refusing to do a refund and trying to bully me into keeping a useless "insurance" plan. They're supposed to refund me, but there's no way I trust these people... read more

Absolutely garbage insurance. I could have gotten insurance for free directly through healthcare.gov, but instead paid for a "multiplan" that was over $200 a month and offered very limited benefit.

Sell you one thing, deliver another 100% inaccurate info given. BE WARNED THE DENTAL AND VISION ARE SUPPLEMENTALS, GUARANTEE NO BENEFITS, NOT EVEN DISCOUNTS. Misleading language such as "this is not a major medical plan... there is a wait period before you can submit a major medical claim." I have requested my full refund after less than 24 hours to review the actual coverage vs. what was promised. I was told I would get it in **** days. Stay away from these people. I supposedly signed up for health insurance. Then paid $207.96 back on 12/5, I cancelled my insurance with the healthcare company since I had insurance through my employer. I never got a refund and now Ive been charged again with another $207.96. I tried calling the number I called previously in December only to have their operators hang up on me!
