They dont deserve even 1 star. They tell you you can cancel your insurance and receive a full refund within *********************************************************** And they never did. *** asked repeatedly for a refund and to speak with a manager but they refuse. Buyers beware!! I thankfully put it on a credit card and could at least deactivate it so they cant get another month of premiums.

Three weeks ago I had just gotten divorced and needed medical insurance. I have significant health issues. I found this company and thought it was part of ***** care. I told the agent what I needed she said she had a product that fit exactly what I needed. It cost me $593. I now find out that was not at all what I thought I was purchasing good luck getting through to someone, they never answer any calls, I was told, the agent agency would call me back in 72 hours. Such a joke pay my dues it come out automatically from my bank account for months then they send a letter saying I'm not covered for failure to pay but I have proof they got their money automatically I'm fuming no help asking to talk to a supervisor and they want to argue instead of helping don't give them your money such a scam

Hard to believe that this company can freely operate in ***. These guys are straight up robbing people,this is not insurance company folks,run away from it. They are selling air, you are gonna be laughed at any hospital with this fake insurance l got this fake insurance for my wife and thats what we got from every hospital LAUGH. Amazing that even medical professionals know this is fake insurance and scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

On January 10, 2024, I called First Enroll-Health Plan to see if I could find a better health insurance policy. I felt I was pressured into giving my credit card during that phone call with the agent. I did not feel comfortable so I told the agent I changed my mind. He informed me it was too late the transaction for $168.99 already went through and there was no way to stop it from going through. I asked to be transferred to a manager. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I called the member service number on my card and after 2 transfers I spoke to someone by the name of ****. Initially he seemed friendly but that turned quickly once I was adamant about wanting to cancel. He kept asking questions that werent relevant and kept insinuating I was the reason for the delay in canceling my policy. He placed me on hold several times and finally transferred me to another rep ****** who was just as bad. I had to talk to 3 people to cancel this policy. When I attempted to speak to a... read more

SCAM!Every month I phoned to cancel and they told me it will be cancelled at the end of that month. However, they keep on billing my credit card every month.I declared disputes with the credit card company but every time First Enrolls response was the the policy was not cancelled
