Honestly - horrible. After having somewhat decent insurance through them, they randomly did away with my plan and automatically set me up with another one. When I called to make sure I would have the same coverage and pay the same cost, they assured me that I would. Well, I did not. RUN, don't walk away from this company. I've spent the last year trying to get reimbursement for having seeing in-network providers and they refuse to send the provider the fee schedule so the bills can be adjusted. Not only did I pay them almost $400 for coverage a month, but they haven't delivered on providing coverage for the in-network appointments I'd gone to. Meaning they're trying to pocket nearly $1200 for nothing.

SCAM!!!! How can this business be allowed to continue? How terrible! They took money from a hard working father. Can anyone help in shutting this company down and legally demanding this company to pay back each and every person they scammed?

SCAM SCAM SCAM They will tell you that your doctor will be in network but they are straight up lying. Not a single doctor or acute care would accept this ''insurance'' or even heard of it. You will not be able to get in touch with them after as your phone number is in there system and it will redirect you to anther company that handles their billing and they will not do anything to help you either. Please don't give this people your hard earned money. Wish I could give them -5 stars. I've had to cancel my card :)

In December of 2023 I found out I no longer had ********* I began to look for health and dental coverage that I could afford. I was taken for ****** on 12/21/23 was told I would receive my information in the mail and have yet to receive anything from First Enroll. Since then my account was charged again on 1-18-24 for ******. The first rep tried to sell me on ************ to high to purchase per month. Very kind and you think they are setting you up with insurance. They tell you, you will receive a welcome packet from insurance within a few days. Ive called them 5 times in two weeks to find out any information. They will blow you off give you an excuse and you get nothing. I called the insurance I am supposed to be insured with and they have nothing on me. So I have no insurance and got scammed. So sad they do this to people.

Like the many reviews left before me, I am sorry to report that this is in fact a scam. I was called to be sold an insurance plan after submitting information on Healthcare.gov. I received no word, nor any promised insurance coverage from the company. I attempted to reach out to this company both by phone and by email, and was finally able to reach them over two months later (when I'd been charged three times). ************* First Enrolls mis identified themselves as marketplace agents, signed me up for a plan quoting me $342. When I got my bill from bcbs, my premium is actually $1010 because they did not apply my heathcare.gov credits. Horrible scam company that tries to deceive consumers who are trying to obtain health insurance.
