Spoke to *****, she helped others but she must be exhausted dealing with people who feel like they have been conned and sold snake oil. ***** had way too much information to just be the billing company. I have filed a complaint with the ******** state attorney General for insurance fraud on consumers. This really seems to be a rip off. Very little ever covered or paid.
This is fraud, basically. ******* on the phone said we were buying insurance and NEVER mentioned that my daughter was actually signing up to be an employee of "Vitamin Patch." Turns out you cannot access ANY benefits, if there are any, unless you're spending 20 hrs a week "working" for this outfit, which appears to sell shady supplements.

Do NOT use !!!! They will take your money!!! Be aware!!! The manager hung up on me and another manager did not realize I was on the phone and dropped the * bomb. They refused to refund my money when my insurance was terminated and they kept charging me.
YES YES -- THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I thought I was signing up for medical insurance based on the sales reps presentation to find out it was a crappy discount program. I got stuck with a over ********* bill for a hip replacement. The told the hospital the procedure was covered --- no it was not. I cancelled the policy as soon as I could and gave them sufficient time and charged my card again. COMPLETE SCAM, DONT DO IT, they're constantly charging my card at least 200 each month for benefits I cannot use that were falsely described as insurance.
I just got off the phone unfortunately they did get my credit card information. They sure put up a convincing front I have to say
I figured out I was scammed within hours of signing up. I was working with someone already and she called me and my assumption was this was the company I was working with. I have no idea how she got my info. I called to cancel and they gave me the run around, ********************* (doubtful his real name) said it was too soon to cancel??? Shame, shame on this company for scamming people out of their hard earned money. This is a F****** SCAM!!!! I wish i wouldve seen these comments before these punk telemarketers took my money & important information!!!! The economy is bad enough stupid bastards!!!!
