This place is a scam! They should be ashamed for taking money from a young pregnant woman with their health insurance scam. Based on previous reviews, this is a common practice for them! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. One star is far too high for such a disgusting and phony organization!

I was taken for ****** for what I thought was an insurance plan. They got that and when I tried several phone calls emails etc they never sent anything. Could not get a hold of them after that. Had to change my bank account so they will not get any more out of me. This is the second time I have been a victim of fraud of *********** *********** I will never fall for this c*** again

This is awful.They told me Id have full coverage, for 150 a month, no deductible, but that there was an activation fee. They took 300 from my account on dec ********* sent me anything except a phone number I havent been able to get ahold of anyone on.I never got the health insurance cards they promised or anything. And they said it would be viable at 90% of medical care centers except for military and wouldnt be covered for maternity or if I needed rehab, which sounded great. First Enroll is a scam. They advertise as insurance and once you pay they send you cards stating This is not insurance. This is a discount program. It does not cover anything. Prior to paying them, they will send you documents to sign DO NOT SIGN ANY FORMS/DOCUMENTS; they will use your signature to dispute any claim you make against them, making it VERY difficult to receive a refund (speaking from personal experience). Stay away from First Enroll, a major scam company.

Ok. First off this Company is a scam. My son and I have called numerous times to canceled his policy and they have given us the run around. First they want to speak to him and then after they speak to him they want to know exactly why you want to cancel and then they start a fight with you and want you to answer what other insurance you are on in order to cancel your policy. This is a third party administrator that charges more than what you would actually pay through the Marketplace. When I tried to cancel, they cancelled my **************** they cancelled my coverage that I was paying for separately. This is a scam and really are ripping off people who can't afford to pay for insurance, them get charged hundreds on top it!

I Was contacted by first enroll after applying for health insurance through healthcare.gov. The representative discussed several health plans and options. I was surprised that an affordable plan was found so quickly. I signed up and was give a monthly price. Sounds wonderful right. NOPE- downhill after my money was taken off my card. This company is impossible to get a hold of and ******* who promised he would not charge me, even after calling back to make sure we were not charged, STILL got charged and not a single company or phone number in the mix of trying to find insurance has been helpful. They are non existing.
