Horrible experience with them. Wish I read reviews about them before I enrolled in one of those plans. Waste of money. They are horrible at clearly stating how need to cancel a plan or what is really covered. Will not be signing up with them again. Should have been allowed to get my money back

I contacted them, stating I would like to cancel. My membership with them. Every day that I call them. They stated that they havent received my proof of insurance. I ask to speak to a manager and they will say, there isnt a manger around. I even had my current insurance company send them the proof that they asked for. Each time they say, we havent received the information. Someone will call you later today. They are a big scam, I want my ****** dollars back. DONT WASTE YOUR time with this company. RUN RUN
I needed stop gap coverage for a month while in between jobs. Enrolled in coverage and was told it was administered by First Enroll. Received paperwork. Never used it. I was covered from 12/01 - 12/31 (today is 12/29). Next payment was due today. I called this morning and cancelled. While on hold, I received an email stating that my policy was cancelled and any pending payments would not be billed. I have realized this scam .Document signed Charged card. No health insurance. I was told to sign Document and would send me information and card. Nothing sent to me. Was told my card would be charged every month now

This company if you really want to call them that would take $140 EVERY SINGLE Payday Each time I called them I got their quirky yet annoying hold music. When they FINALLY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE 3 MONTHS LATER They gave me the run around swearing they had sent my cards and misplaced them. That was the most common used phrase by then as if it was a go to tactic. I have canceled my ^account^ that I never even used but was billed for.

Buyer ******************* should be ashamed of themselves, they are the biggest, scam artist. They tell everyone they take their concerns seriously if this is true, they would refund my sons 2 1/2 years worth of payment for health insurance that he should have received for free How can the Better Business Bureau give theses scam artist a B rating when 90% of the reviews are one star

I called five times to cancel and they kept billing me. The agent assured me it was cancelled. But they kept taking money.I spoke to another man who said he was the manager and he also assured me it was cancelled. I had to cancel my card with my bank, so they could stop billing me. I just received another call from them telling me. My payment was declined. Good Im glad. These people are like accredited scam artist and they need to be stopped. Im just glad my bank was able to get me the money.

I am REALLY confused. I thought I cancelled this???? I called the marketplace and they can't figure out why First Enroll is taking money out of my bank. I really don't think this should have been happening at all. I think I'm paying for insurance that doesn't exist. If my plan is cancelled, I should receive a full refund for the 2 months it has been cancelled ASAP. I need someone to contact me ASAP about this matter.
