This company supposedly set up health insurance for my disabled son on 10/4/23. They called me when I tried to enroll on-line with the ********************** and or NJgetcovered. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I am being denied a medical procedure due to my age. I as well as my doctor's ****** were told be your representative, I am not old enough for my procedure. Apparently if you are not between the ages of ***** you can't have any GI issues. I was scammed just like others her was told I had full coverage $0 deductible and still went and had medical bills to pay for was also called a liar and told I havent spoke with them since. *** S #****** also being told I had to wait 3-5 business days also want to be aware I canceled service on dec. 5 so they cant take anymore money from my account

First Enroll says they're just a billing company and has nothing to do with the negatives reviews. That is just a cover to hide behind. "Just blame the agent who sold you the discount plan". They knowingly let these brokers/agents sale fraudulent plans and use them as the billing. There's no transparency when purchasing your plan who you're doing business with, all there is, is a term of service through First Enroll contract and what you're told over the phone wich wasn't much and very rushed. I was scammed for $376.71. I also was unable to get someone to talk to me. Find a website to find my insurance information, so I wasn't able to get to the insurance cards or proof of insurance . No insurance cards were sent.

I didnt know that I would not receive a medical card. I couldnt use this insurance for a doctors appointment. I just realized that Ive been paying money for insurance that I can not utilize.
