Very kind and you think they are setting you up with insurance. They tell you, you will receive a welcome packet from insurance within a few days. Ive called them 5 times in two weeks to find out any information. They will blow you off give you an excuse and you get nothing. I called the insurance I am supposed to be insured with and they have nothing on me. So I have no insurance and got scammed. So sad they do this to people.

Like the many reviews left before me, I am sorry to report that this is in fact a scam. I was called to be sold an insurance plan after submitting information on Healthcare.gov. I received no word, nor any promised insurance coverage from the company. I attempted to reach out to this company both by phone and by email, and was finally able to reach them over two months later (when I'd been charged three times). ************* First Enrolls mis identified themselves as marketplace agents, signed me up for a plan quoting me $342. When I got my bill from bcbs, my premium is actually $1010 because they did not apply my heathcare.gov credits. Horrible scam company that tries to deceive consumers who are trying to obtain health insurance.

This place is a scam! They should be ashamed for taking money from a young pregnant woman with their health insurance scam. Based on previous reviews, this is a common practice for them! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. One star is far too high for such a disgusting and phony organization!

I was taken for ****** for what I thought was an insurance plan. They got that and when I tried several phone calls emails etc they never sent anything. Could not get a hold of them after that. Had to change my bank account so they will not get any more out of me. This is the second time I have been a victim of fraud of *********** *********** I will never fall for this c*** again

This is awful.They told me Id have full coverage, for 150 a month, no deductible, but that there was an activation fee. They took 300 from my account on dec ********* sent me anything except a phone number I havent been able to get ahold of anyone on.I never got the health insurance cards they promised or anything. And they said it would be viable at 90% of medical care centers except for military and wouldnt be covered for maternity or if I needed rehab, which sounded great. First Enroll is a scam. They advertise as insurance and once you pay they send you cards stating This is not insurance. This is a discount program. It does not cover anything. Prior to paying them, they will send you documents to sign DO NOT SIGN ANY FORMS/DOCUMENTS; they will use your signature to dispute any claim you make against them, making it VERY difficult to receive a refund (speaking from personal experience). Stay away from First Enroll, a major scam company.

Ok. First off this Company is a scam. My son and I have called numerous times to canceled his policy and they have given us the run around. First they want to speak to him and then after they speak to him they want to know exactly why you want to cancel and then they start a fight with you and want you to answer what other insurance you are on in order to cancel your policy.
