I think I'm paying for insurance that doesn't exist. If my plan isn't canceled and I don't receive a full refund immediately, I will be forced to take further action.

My son got this insurance through our state market place, never have received Insurance cards, tried repeatedly to get it mailed, then the bills came saying he was not covered, tried calling and only got busy signal, called customer service number given to us on day of enrollment, was hollered at had to call the dr.s office billing and do a 3 way call with, billing (DR) and the customer service ( who is 3rd party apparently) still fighting plan but we will be calling and making a complaint with our state. I would give 0 stars If i could. As someone whose new to insurance and have been looking around, I definitely feel I was taken advantage of, the reps sweet talked me into a "good deal" by supposedly lowering the initial enrollment fee to just $25. I was under the impression I was only paying that, just to be charged $200. When 8 had told them I wanted to do research, I was guilted into trusting that, "if it sounds to good to be true, that's cause it is." I have been calling all day, no one picking up the phone. SCAM! I was NEVER TOLD it was a third party. I have the ENTIRE conversation recorded with my "agent" who promised things I'd never receive. I am terminal and was looking for extra help. And they told me i was paying for an insurance plan to help better what little life i have left. Pretended to care that i was sick. When i called to tell them i know they are a scam, the woman laughed and said is that all. This is awful that you can do things like this to people. I now am out money i could have used for my treatments.

This is not health insurance. No one answers & no one calls back. Cant find any doctors & no hospital accept it. Its a scam. & you cant even cancel. Then they tell you we are just a billing company but then there is no way to find out who the insurance provider is. Stay away!

SCAM!!! They called me telling me that they found a great insurance plan and promised many benefits. They asked for my card info and social I only gave them my card info. I got billed immediately and the next day I asked for my account with them to be terminated and get a refund as promised on their emails. They kept dancing around my question, saying they could not end my plan and not be able to give me a refund, and to keep paying until I got proof of the new insurance I applied for. They're just scamming people.

Gave payment, never got card. Dr wont take it. Call numerous times they said they emailed it 5 or 6 times to two different emails, never received it. Called the bank to dispute charges. Dont give them money-scam!!!!!

I was called by the company with an Insurance that I felt was ok. There was a hidden fee for the first month and you had to wait 30 days before you could use it. After 6 months I decided to cancel because my employer had decent benefits. I could not get in touch with anyone at first and many problems occurred which seemed like a shell game from dropped calls, transfer calls that led nowhere and even saying I will not get my refund. First Enroll is a boiler room operation. They took advantage of me while I was in the hospital after a heart procedure. They have refused to refund my money. I have disputed the payment with my bank. I have filed a complaint with the ********* ******************** They are not licensed to do business in the ******************. They are fraudulently exploiting vulnerable adults. I will not rest until this despicable company is held accountable.
