Very poor they took the money and I wasn't covered and gave me a insurance for supposedly federal health insurance but it was a fake I want a refund

Their third party services had told me I was getting medical insurance when in reality I was just getting a discount!!!!

I have been paying since May for insurance that doesn't exist. I thought I was covered by insurance, and now I am suffering serious medical issues and I can't get treatment because I am not covered! Attempts to resolve this by calling First Enroll have been futile. If my plan isn't cancelled and I don't receive a full refund immediately I will be forced to take further action.

OMG! I just signed up with this company as well! They said it would take 72 hours for the payment to go through and they also gave me a policy number and stated my temporary cards and policy would be sent to my email My husband is no longer working and our insurance expires the end of this month. This company is associated with a scam done by an insurance agent who told me I was getting health insurance through the marketplace. He indeed got me that health insurance although he lied about it coming with dental. He told me my monthly payment for me and my children would be $96.98 a month when in fact my monthly payment was actually $0.
