I have been paying since May for insurance that doesn't exist. I thought I was covered by insurance, and now I am suffering serious medical issues and I can't get treatment because I am not covered! Attempts to resolve this by calling First Enroll have been futile. If my plan isn't cancelled and I don't receive a full refund immediately I will be forced to take further action.

OMG! I just signed up with this company as well! This company is associated with a scam done by an insurance agent who told me I was getting health insurance through the marketplace. He indeed got me that health insurance although he lied about it coming with dental. He told me my monthly payment for me and my children would be $96.98 a month when in fact my monthly payment was actually $0.
