Lived in Wellington condominiums for over 5 years and then became a landlord of my unit. Previous property managers were lackluster when it came to communicating , however our current one Ileana C. Has been the exception. She has been more great to work with, communicates effectively and responds back in a timely fashion. I am torn....... I have had multiple issues with this company over my 4 years living at my property, so I really wanna give them a 1 star... However, my newest property manager, Ronna Ventro, has redeemed my trust (somewhat). She took the time to listen to my issue, responded when requested and even apologized about my experience!!! Let's hope we have turned a corner with regards to customer service. I don't expect to always get my way living in a community, but I do appreciate her trying her best and her empathy.... read more

We have a previously homeless client that moved into a UPA property in Va. Beach. He is a veteran and he is so proud of his new permanent housing. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful. Amenities are great. The property manager Ebony has been very kind and professional during the leasing and moving in period. She is attentive to their needs. I will be referring more clients here in the future. Thank you UPA for providing great service.

I have been working for UPA for 4 years. I really enjoy working for a company that tries to keep the moral of their employees up. They also have made a lot technology changes in the recent year and they are making us more successful in our jobs.

UPA allowed severe damage to be done to my property by Whitman Development Group, and have refused to do anything about it . Has been since March of 2026 , my deck support is slipping and it's unsafe to use . I pay Almost $500 monthly in HOA fees , and get zero service . United Property Associates staff will not help me , and don't care about anyone's safety. Anyone would be insane to rent or buy where they manage. Please come see for yourself in Cornerstone Condo in Virginia Beach .

if I could give less than 1 star I would. worst customer service ever, 4 times my HOA fee has been lost. Always mail checks early and once it was posted late and now the checks are just not posted. I ve gone to the office and no one offers to help they just blame the post office not once have anyone said )I'll look into it ) they are useless once they posted my water bill and sent me a late notice after the check posted. Never again will I do bussiness with UPA. Hopefully these reviews will make a difference for someone look... read more

No one is ever available to help residents and no one cares. We have an HOA that is incompetent and simply doesn't care.
