I am torn....... I have had multiple issues with this company over my 4 years living at my property, so I really wanna give them a 1 star... However, my newest property manager, Ronna Ventro, has redeemed my trust (somewhat). She took the time to listen to my issue, responded when requested and even apologized about my experience!!! Let's hope we have turned a corner with regards to customer service. I don't expect to always get my way living in a community, but I do appreciate her trying her best and her empathy.... read more

We have a previously homeless client that moved into a UPA property in Va. Beach. He is a veteran and he is so proud of his new permanent housing. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful. Amenities are great. The property manager Ebony has been very kind and professional during the leasing and moving in period. She is attentive to their needs. I will be referring more clients here in the future. Thank you UPA for providing great service.

I have been working for UPA for 4 years. I really enjoy working for a company that tries to keep the moral of their employees up. They also have made a lot technology changes in the recent year and they are making us more successful in our jobs.

No one is ever available to help residents and no one cares. We have an HOA that is incompetent and simply doesn't care.

Unable to contact anyone today. No one returns calls. And it is not closing time. Totally unacceptable. And nails left on street after your roof repair several months ago caused tenant costly tire repairs.

Horrible horrible and horrible front desk staff at thqt location. It clearly shows they don't want to be there. No greeting or smiles when you there and they CANNOT tell you what they need from you until you get there then when you ask questions, there attitude shown in their faces.

Don't believe that the folks who write the checks to the HOA are the customers. Pitiful response considering THE HOA fees are equal to 31% of the mortgage payments.

United Property Associates have kept most of my deposit. When we moved up here our apartment was not ready for move in. 1309 Grand Cypress Apartments. We had to wait 3 hours before we can move in. The contractors was spray painting the walls, putting in new cabinets, and putting down the carpet. We paid 1450 for the first month's rent and the deposit was 2147 dollars, they added 200 dollars after getting here saying we had to pay an admin fee. We encountered many issues since living here.
