Lived in Wellington condominiums for over 5 years and then became a landlord of my unit. Previous property managers were lackluster when it came to communicating , however our current one Ileana C. Has been the exception. She has been more great to work with, communicates effectively and responds back in a timely fashion. I am torn....... I have had multiple issues with this company over my 4 years living at my property, so I really wanna give them a 1 star... However, my newest property manager, Ronna Ventro, has redeemed my trust (somewhat). She took the time to listen to my issue, responded when requested and even apologized about my experience!!! Let's hope we have turned a corner with regards to customer service. I don't expect to always get my way living in a community, but I do appreciate her trying her best and her empathy.... read more

We have a previously homeless client that moved into a UPA property in Va. Beach. He is a veteran and he is so proud of his new permanent housing. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful. Amenities are great. The property manager Ebony has been very kind and professional during the leasing and moving in period. She is attentive to their needs. I will be referring more clients here in the future. Thank you UPA for providing great service.

I have been working for UPA for 4 years. I really enjoy working for a company that tries to keep the moral of their employees up. They also have made a lot technology changes in the recent year and they are making us more successful in our jobs.

This Company is a joke and shouldn't be operating you took advantage of of an HOA that has elderly and a lot of older people there been nothing but lies flat tires no communication and after a complaint we had a family emergency and said we contact them with a different date unlike a professional company. They didn't even try to contact us back. I guess I just figured they dodged a bullet. Keep it classy.

If it allowed me to give zero stars , that would be too generous. Property Manager Sara Beechum , not only did the allow damage to be done to my condo , when the contractor agreed to repair it , she told them not to . Has been since March of this year , and she refuses to do anything about it . When I asked her if it was because she was anti -Semitic, or was it ageism or pure spite , she didn't say it wasn't. UPA allowed severe damage to be done to my property by Whitman Development Group, and have refused to do anything about it . Has been since March of 2026 , my deck support is slipping and it's unsafe to use . I pay Almost $500 monthly in HOA fees , and get zero service . United Property Associates staff will not help me , and don't care about anyone's safety. Anyone would be insane to rent or buy where they manage.
