My experience at one of the Richmond properties with UPA has been nothing short of pleasant and satisfactory. We are VERY lucky to have Samantha Dyer managing one of the Delmont properties. That woman is an absolute professional, and does more than her due diligence. She’s also very empathetic and kind which just makes the experience here even more reassuring that I’m at the right place.

I rented from Cedar Hill Apartments is Newport News, VA and Ebony, the property manager, was awesome. She was professional, but really down to earth and easy to talk to, she listened to my concerns and gave me the perfect spot that I needed. More importantly she cared about the property and handled business! Dealing with her was always a great experience. Thanks for being you, Ebony!

UPA’s Lawn Service Vendor has caused $10,000 in damages to my house and fence over two years ago. Many promises for repairs have been made for repair by Rachel Atkinson and Ivana Bailey. Now they have told me to work with Davey Lawn services. I see many complaints posted where others have experienced the same with this Horrible HOA. I have previously lived in multiple different HOA’s. Flower Mound Texas, Lanta Texas, Colleyville Texas, Baton Rouge LA, Mt Airy MD and Chesapeake VA. All were far superior. Cynthia was an amazing help! She was helping me get parking passes for my new home, when someone called and was screaming at her on the phone, she handled it so calmly and professionally. Once it was all over she apologized multiple times to me for taking the call and making me wait, when I was filling out paperwork anyways! When you come here, ask for Cynthia. She’ll make you feel welcome!

After a brief power outage, I had a few power outlets that stop working in my apartment. But shortly after calling the main office a gentleman names “Drew” showed up on the same day to troubleshoot the problem. He immediately fixed all issues way faster than I expected! He was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very professional!! Top tier serviceman!!
